Communication Challenges We Help Healthcare Teams Solve

Healthcare Communication Solutions from WiPath

On-Site Paging for Clinical Staff

SitePage3 is a reliable and inexpensive on-site paging system for hospitals and care facilities. Messages are sent via your own personal radio network, meaning it takes seconds to receive them, even without needing the internet or a mobile carrier. One message can be sent to one nurse, an entire team of nurses or hundreds of pagers.

Nurse Call and Alarm Integration

WiPath pagers are compatible with your current nurse call and alarm system, enabling a patient call or alarm to be sent directly to the appropriate carer’s pager, displaying the room number on the screen. Our PDR3000 Paging Data Receiver and PSR3000 Paging Serial Receiver will receive paged messages and send them to other systems or printers.

Pagers Built for Busy Shifts

We supply a range of Apollo pagers, so every role gets a device that suits the way they work. Most models offer up to 30 days of standby, and water- and dust-resistant options rated to IP67 are available.

Patient Call-Back and Waiting Room Pagers

Apollo AL-A02 paddle and AL-A06 coaster pagers coaster models will beep, vibrate and flash when the patient is next. They are ideal for emergency department waiting rooms, outpatient clinics, radiology and pharmacies. Reception staff call patients from a simple desktop or hand-held transmitter.

IP Paging and Overhead Announcements

IP paging makes it possible to play clear voice messages through your network to one ward, one floor or across the entire site. Provide regular communications like visiting hours, and send emergency codes at a moment’s notice. Our audio and conferencing solutions also feature boardrooms, training rooms and staff meeting rooms.

Digital Signage and LED Displays

Indoor LED signs and screens show queue numbers, wayfinding, wait times and health messages. Outdoor LED signs display clinic hours, after-hours advice and campaigns, while car park signs show available spaces at a glance. Content is updated from one place, so every screen stays current.

Interactive-Whiteboards
Interactive Displays for Clinical Teams

Interactive whiteboards give clinical teams a shared screen for shift handovers, patient flow boards, multidisciplinary meetings and in-service training.

Critical Alerts That Keep Working When Other Networks Don't

In health care, an out-of-time message can impact a patient. WiPath paging is a closed radio network – not dependent on Wi-Fi or mobile data. Alerts are able to be heard during internet outages, network congestion and in areas of the building where phones do not have signal. It brings another twist – our SPPSF Store and Forward Transmitter will retain the message if the link goes down and deliver them when it comes back.

Built for Every Kind of Healthcare Setting

No two hospitals or medical centers are alike, from the largest to the smallest in a small town. Each system is designed to your size, layout and patient flow, ensuring your team has exactly what they require, and nothing more.
